TENANT SERVICES

We manage a range of residential properties, from single rooms in shared accommodation through to fully furnished homes. We, generally, manage high quality accommodation at very competitive rent rates.

We provide quality, well maintained and equipped accommodation at a range of locations throughout the Eastbourne area, at prices to suit most budgets. Our managed properties are inspected regularly to help ensure that they are safe places to live.

We provide a 24 hour emergency contact services for breakdowns and lock-outs (charges may apply) for all tenants of properties under our full management, giving you piece of mind. We are also on hand to assist you with any queries you may have concerning your tenancy or accommodation.

Our maintenance team are on hand to assist you with furnishing your accommodation and dealing with any problems that may arise (subject to fees). We deal with your queries quickly and keep you informed of each and every development.

For a small fee, we provide assistance with Housing Benefit and other relevant applications. We can also assist you with arranging services such as Broadband, Telephone and Satellite television.

Our team, where possible, can also offer professional assistance and advice to foreign tenants, in particular those from Eastern Europe.

We do not discriminate, and we welcome tenants from all backgrounds, religions and races. Our performance, communication and quality of service is paramount to a successful relationship and service.

Our standard Contract fees start from £45.00 per accommodation. We can, also, provide additional services such as regular cleaning, at very competitive rates.
